I write on behalf of Rick Zwetsch, my friend of more than nineteen years. I met Rick when I was Vice President of IdeaFisher Systems, a company I co-founded. He is an extremely rare talent. He’s an extraordinary idea-man, full of passion for his cause and displays infectious enthusiasm - three traits that produced extraordinary results at IdeaFisher Systems.
He demonstrated his gumption and initiative to me when he contacted my company in 1990 with exciting suggestions about how to improve our software. Rick was a wellspring of enthusiasm and ideas which helped us evangelize our product. He worked well, in a fluid environment, to adapt our message and improve our marketing efforts.
It was a time of great excitement, and great stress. Rick went the extra mile every day and participated in many company brainstorming sessions as a trusted advisor. Rick balanced the conflicting demands of building a quality product with the constraints of deadlines and tight budgetary restrictions. He worked tirelessly to ensure the final product met all the design objectives and was completed on time.
Rick is quick to find workable solutions to problems in the marketplace and has always been out in front of new trends. He has always been forthright and insightful with his comments, suggestions and decisions. He brings vision, creativity and energy to every effort and therefore I give Rick my highest personal and business recommendation.
