In February of 2009, Caryn Capriccioso and Rick Zwetsch weaved together 20+ years nonprofit and government sector experience with 30+ years for-profit experience to launch interSector Partners, L3C.
Over the years, interSector Partners has worked with nearly 100 different nonprofit organizations on everything from strategic planning to board governance and fund development planning to social enterprise development and executive search.
Wait, executive search you say?
While we didn't start out offering executive search services, we have now conducted more than a dozen successful searches helping nonprofits hire executive directors, CEOs, development directors and key program managers.
While we are not recruiters or traditional "headhunters"— our search process is professional, thorough, efficient and cost-effective saving nonprofit executive search committees valuable time and resources during the all-important and often stressful executive hiring process.
We’ve learned a lot and now are taking our lessons to a broader market. Our focus will be on helping employers and job-seekers alike and, in particular, those who are eager to explore the blending of the nonprofit, for-profit, government and social enterprise sectors. interSector Talent will help make connections and tell the stories of successful matches between top tier talent and your bottom line (whatever that may be!).
